Overview

I am a corporate attorney and the chair of Saknyung's Washington, D.C. office. My practice spans all areas of corporate law including formations, M&A, and general counsel support. I have an engineering degree in Computer Science from the University College London, so please reach out to me to talk all things tech!

Prior to founding Saknyung, I worked in business, delivering some of the most complex and high-profile transactions in their respective industries. I worked on a franchise agreement worth $35 Billion in revenue over 7 years, a $3 Billion civil infrastructure agreement, and a $400MM contract variation transaction. In addition to the practice of law, I love building valuation models and helping bring together stakeholders necessary to close complex deals.

Away from work, I love all things art. I was a junior exhibitioner at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama for over 10 years (think Jude Law, Daniel Craig, Damien Lewis, Orlando Bloom, and Ewan McGregor, to name a few!). I love creatives, and have a small practice representing artists in licensing and intellectual property matters.
